You will need to award the job to your chosen care or support worker(s). This allows you to confirm over the platform that they have been chosen for the role. It also allows you to create a contract between yourself and the care and support worker which will provide details about:
- Duties
- Confirmed rate of pay
- Cancellation and termination policies
- Emergency contacts
The rates you put in are important and are used for bookings and will automatically populate when the worker submits their hours so please think carefully about the rate you put in.
The care or support worker will need to accept the job and contract.
