The final step in the process of engaging a care or support worker is making a booking. This will populate your worker calendar and you will be able to see which bookings have been confirmed.
The rates specified in the booking will be taken from the contract, however you need to specify the start time, end time and how often it will occur (one off, weekly or fortnightly).
Here are some questions you may have about bookings:
What happens if I need to change my days or times but I don't get the chance to change the booking?
- That's ok. The booking time may look different when a worker submits their hours but they can just edit it to reflect the hours/days they worked.
What happens if I don't know in advance when I want to use my worker i.e. we will just text the day before?
- Even if you arrange a service over text we still recommend jumping onto the platform to https://www.careseekers.com.au/my-bookings and putting in a booking.

Editing a Booking
If you need to edit a booking you have made you click on My Bookings and then amend the specific booking (either date or time)
