Why these documents are important
We understand this may feel like a lot of information, but these documents play a critical role in making sure your care is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs.
They help to:
- Keep you safe by identifying risks and planning ahead
- Give workers the right information so they can support you properly from day one
- Ensure clear expectations between you and your worker
- Support emergency preparedness so everyone knows what to do if something goes wrong
For NDIS participants, these documents are also required as Careseekers operates as a registered NDIS provider. This means we must meet strict compliance and safety standards.
Designed to make it easier (not harder)
We know paperwork can feel overwhelming, so we’ve built the platform to reduce repetition wherever possible.
Careseekers is designed to pre-fill your compliance documents using information you’ve already provided during the job posting process. This helps minimise “form fatigue” and saves you time, while still ensuring everything is accurate and complete.
A platform you can trust
Providing this information is not about creating extra work — it’s about making sure you receive the safest and highest quality support possible.
You should feel confident knowing that Careseekers takes compliance seriously. It means:
- Workers are better prepared
