What happens if a support worker cancels my participant's services on a particular day?

If a care and support worker cancels an upcoming service, they should let the participant or you, the support coordinator know. While Careseekers is not an agency, we will try and assist to help find another worker for your participant to provide those services.

If a worker has to cancel services at the last minute, the worker should let the participant and the support coordinator know. While this is a rare occurrence, we do encourage you to have a team of support workers who are available to fill in should this occur.
