Yes you can! The workers will just need to be onboarded by our team.
The onboarding process is as follows:
To register with the Careseekers platform, workers must provided us with:
- ID
- Two referees (who we have contacted)
- Police check certificate (obtained within the 12 months before registering with the platform)
- WWCC (if working with Children)
- Any other relevant screening documents
The support workers will also need to register on the platform. To do this, they will need to click any of the links on the platform asking them to register, join or get started.
Once registered the worker can create their worker profile. They will be asked a series of questions about themselves e.g. skills and experience. These answers will form their worker profile. There is also a space to write a little blurb about themselves.
The profile and all references will be checked by our onboarding team and the worker will be activated once all requirements are met.
