Have you completed most of the steps for registering but not all?
An incomplete or unfinished profile will mean you are not getting access to work.
Care and support workers on the Careseekers platform receive access to available work in their area, notifications about new job posts and the ability to choose the work they want to do. It is important to remember that you will not receive this access unless you completed the registration process, have been on boarded by our team and your profile is activated.
In addition, only activated profiles are able to use the Careseekers Mobile App.
Lately we have been hearing from care and support workers who think they have registered but actually have not completed all steps of registering on the platform.
To check whether your account is active you just need to log into your profile where you will be taken to your dashboard. You need to have a minimum of 60% complete for your profile to move into the pending status to be reviewed to be activated. If your profile is incomplete it will show you what sections need to be filled in and look like this:
You can then go in and edit your profile and fill in the empty sections. To fast track your profile to become activated you can email onboarding@careseekers.com.au.
