On your Careseekers profile you can get badges for various reasons. Badges are a great way to stand out to potential clients. Below is a list of all the badges and how you can go about getting them.

Careseekers Onboarding Completed - you will get this badge when you have finished the CS onboarding course which you can access through the CS Learning Hub.
NDIS Worker Training Completed - you will get this badge when you have finished the NDIS worker training course which you can access through the CS Learning Hub.
Boundaries Training Completed - you will get this badge when you have finished the CS Boundaries course which you can access through the CS Learning Hub.
Identify and Respond to Neglect and Abuse - you will get this badge when you have finished the external course Identify and Respond to Neglect and Abuse which you can access through the CS Learning Hub.
NDIS Worker Screening Check Verified - you will get this badge when you have sent in your NDIS Worker Screening Check and it has been verified by the CS Team.
First Aid - this badge shows that you have had first aid training and you have shown the onboarding team your certificate of completion.
CS Recommends - At Careseekers we are more than just a platform and our helpful team are always supporting users to find the best care worker match. We therefore have a lot of knowledge about the workers on the platform and when a worker has done a stand out service we reward them by giving them a thumbs up!
CS Reliable Worker - this is a worker who consistently is reliable, shows up to services and/or lets their client know if they cannot make the service in a respectful way ( e.g. with plenty of notice).
COVID-19 Badges
Please note you are still able to get badges to verify you have been vaccinated, we will ask for your status when you onboard but it is no longer mandatory. There used to be a COVID-19 Infection control training and associated badge. This is no longer available so the badge is no longer provided. We are working to find alternative infection control courses.
