Common reasons profiles remain pending
Your profile may still be pending if:
Required documents have not been uploaded
Documents are being reviewed
References have not responded yet
A document needs to be resubmitted
Information in your profile is incomplete
How to check your profile status
Log in to your Careseekers account.
Open your Worker Dashboard.
Review any alerts or notifications requesting additional information.
If further details are required, you will usually see a message explaining what needs to be updated.
