100 points of identification
NDIS Worker Screening Check
ABN
Working with children check ( if you plan to care for children)
Police Check
Proof of address
Professional references
Proof of employment (if referee email is not from a company domain)
Vaccination certificates
Drivers license and proof of third party insurance ( if you plan on driving clients)
