What documents do I need to activate my profile?

To activate your Careseekers worker profile, you must provide identity documents, compliance checks and professional references.

Documents required

You will be asked to provide:

• 100 points of identification

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• ABN

• Working with children check ( if you plan to care for children)

• Police Check

• Proof of address

• Professional references

• Proof of employment (if referee email is not from a company domain)

• Vaccination certificates

• Drivers license and proof of third party insurance ( if you plan on driving clients)
