To ensure the safety of our clients, all workers must provide us with the documents stated below. These are then reviewed and verified by our onboarding team before activation.
- Photo ID
- Two referees (who we have contacted)
- Police check certificate (obtained within the 12 months before registering with the platform)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- WWCC (if working with Children)
- Any other relevant screening documents
We recommend that you ask the worker to show you these documents and any documents relating to qualifications they have.
You may wish to speak to the worker’s referees yourself. If you do we have some useful guides and resources to help you.
