To reset your Careseekers password, click “Forgot password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
Step-by-step: Resetting your password
Go to the Careseekers login page.
Click Forgot password.
Enter the email address linked to your Careseekers account.
Check your inbox for the password reset email.
Click the reset link in the email.
Create and confirm your new password.
You can now log in using your new password.
I didn’t receive the password reset email
If you don’t see the email:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Search your inbox for Careseekers
Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
If you still cannot find the email, try requesting another reset.
Tips for creating a strong password
When creating a new password, we recommend:
Using at least 8 characters
Including letters and numbers
Avoiding common words or easily guessed passwords
