If a worker cancels at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances the Careseekers account manager will always endeavor to replace the worker.
If the worker cancels altogether Careseekers will spend time to replace the worker and find a new match.
If the worker cancels and it is outside business hours you will have access to CS Engage with the contact details of other suitable workers and you will be able to blast message for a replacement worker.
