Admin Fees

Careseekers charges care workers a 10% fee which is taken out of your hourly rate e.g. if you charge $50 per hour, the Careseekers fee will be $5. This amount will be automatically deducted by our payment system.

Careseekers charges the client 10% (exc. GST) on top of the hourly rate so if your hourly rate is $50 the final amount they will pay is $55.5  (incl. GST). 

Careseekers adds real value – we connect you with care and support work, cover your Public Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance, provide you with a payment system and a way to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner. 

Careseekers is an NDIS registered provider and Agency managed participants are able to use the platform to engage workers with ease. As your NDIS Provider we do need to spend more time on accessing the funds and reporting and therefore Agency Managed Participants are charged a higher agency managed fee of 15%.

I haven’t been paid. What should I do?

If after 14 business days you have still not been paid, please contact the Careseekers Accounts Team at accounts@careseekers.com.au or 1300 765 465 (option 3) and advise the invoice number.
