The clients you will be supporting through Careseekers will be paying for their care and support in a variety of ways. It is important you understand the different users of the Careseekers platform to enable you to deliver care and support.
What does it mean if my client is Agency Managed?
When your client's plan is managed by the NDIA (otherwise known as Agency-managed): They are only able to choose services from NDIS registered providers. Careseekers is an NDIS registered provider - Careseekers - The Provider. There is a thorough on-boarding process with agency managed participants. Workers are required to complete an NDIS induction training course through the Careseekers Learning Hub ( available in the care worker's business dashboard.)
How does this affect my payments?
If you are servicing a client who is agency managed your invoices will be paid by Caresekers The Provider. As soon as your invoices are approved by your client or a nominated person Careseekers the provider will request funds from the participants funding. As soon as the NDIS deposits the funds, you will be paid within 1 business day.
