Please also have on hand two references that are expecting a call or email from the Careseekers onboarding team. The quicker the team can get hold of them the sooner your profile can be activated.
The Careseekers Onboarding Process
The Careseekers onboarding team needs to check all your documents, contact your referees and check your profile. It is only at this point that you will be activated. You will receive an email once you are activated. You can contact the team at onboarding@careseekers.com.au to find out the status of your account.
If your profile is pending it means the team are busy checking your documents and calling your references. Calling references is usually where the hold up is to activate worker profiles so please help expedite the process by letting your referees know that someone from Careseekers is going to get in touch either by email or call.
