How do I confirm a booking on the app?
Go to the bookings section and click on the booking in the unconfirmed tab and click confirm. You will only be able to confirm bookings that you have been awarded a contract for and/or have worked for the client previously.
Once you have confirmed a booking you will be able to check in to the booking when the service is about to begin. The booking will appear on the home screen of the app.
Why can I not see my booking in the app? How do I cancel a booking in the app?
There are a few different reasons you wouldn’t be able to see your booking in the app.
- The client or Careseekers staff may not have yet put the booking into the system
- You may not have accepted the contract for the client. To accept the contract you need to click on the menu on the top right and click on My Contracts and Jobs. This will take you to the mobile site where you can accept the contract and your booking should appear shortly after.
How do I cancel a booking in the app?
Canceling a booking is not so easy as just clicking a button. You need to inform the client or relevant account manager at Careseekers. The client or the account manager will then cancel out the booking and it will be removed from your app. Please always give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your client.
What do I do if the booking time is wrong in the app?
If your booking time is wrong in the app you will need to ask the client, case manager or relevant member of the Careseekers team to amend it for you. You can also clock in to the shift at the time the service actually occurs and change the times at clock in and out.
What do I do if I need to do an additional service for the client and the booking isn’t in the app?
If your client has asked for you to do additional services you may need to check with the support coordinator, case manager or member of Careseekers team to approve the hours. Once approved you can add the booking in yourself.
Click on jobs and contracts in the side nav bar and click on three dots and make a booking.
Your booking will then appear in your app.
