They are also students, international students, retirees,  informal carers and they offer services such as personal care, companionship, and specialized support for people with psychosocial needs. Workers can set their schedules, work on flexible terms, and accept clients both on and off the platform. • A current and verified police check and/or the NDIS worker screening check
• 100 points of ID and proof of address
• An ABN
• Photo
• Two professional and current references
• Have completed the Covid-19 infection control training

CS Academy - The Careseekers Learning Hub

Every Careseekers worker has access to our custom built learning hub which we add courses to regularly. Courses they can currently complete include:

• Careseekers induction - working as an independent contractor though the Careseekers Platform.
• Setting boundaries
• NDIS worker training
• Identifying Elder Abuse
